Errr -- hey waitasecond: why is your MetaTracker using a relay comm strat?  
I thought you poked a hole in your firewall so that it could be reached
directly.

Anyway, I patched v0.6.3 so that it could read repr'ed relayer Ids from
bootpages (as long as your version of Python is sufficiently new) [1].

But when I tried it, my node never got any responses from your <33bnp>.  Is it
off-line?
