[mnet-devel] one more thing for v0.6.2 -- prune bootpages

Some weeks ago we solicited bootpage operators and got a nice response -- we
signed up half a dozen or so!  Now the binary tarballs that go out in the
v0.6.2 release contain the URLs of bootpages hardcoded into them.  Arno, as
Captain of v0.6, should *right away* contact each bootpage operator and ask him
to update his or her bootpage to reflect the current stable metatracker IPs and
the current version number.  Bootpages which haven't been updated by the time
v0.6.2 is released should be removed from the hardcoded list shipped in the
tarballs.
