It should be very easy to merge patches from CVS into darcs.  Anyone 
who can run both darcs and CVS could do "cvs update" and then "darcs 
record", and that would do it!

Also, if Arno can run darcs, but he can't push patches to the official 
repo, we could instead pull patches from his repo.

I don't know the details of Arno's problem with darcs, but if it is a 
darcs bug, be sure to report it.  darcs bugs seem to be plentiful, but 
they also seem to get fixed quickly by David Roundy.

Oh, and here is a script to convert a CVS repository into a darcs 
history.  It might also be useful for updating:
