[mnet-devel] relay client in v0.7

Relay client is broken in v0.7.  Here is the relevant entry in the issue tracker:

"[ 831741 ] refactor relay to use Peer instances instead of peerIds"

This is increasingly important to me, because there is a new user who wants to 
integrate EGTP into his own application.  I'll increase the priority.
