[mnet-devel] Mnet users, mac port

here it was not yet possible to have mnet running under winME (so it won't
under 98 either probably) since somehow the wrapped evilcryptopp.pyd's
can't be loaded. If somebody could help me there, or could try to wrap a
win98 package it would be great to fill that gap!
