[mnet-devel] New node does not connect to network!!!

Hm.  Okay, first of all, it is *supposed* to handle this case by retrying 
metatrackers and bootpages.  There is an open issue about whether or not it 
actually does.  I haven't tested it!

Second of all, I'm sitting at an internet cafe in the Detroit airport and 
paying $5 per 15 minutes, so about 7 minutes from now I will test how nodes 
behave when there is no network at all.  But I won't report right away.

By the way, the "stress test" that has been running consists of generating new 
nodes and having them say hello, then shutting them down, patching their 
broker.conf file to offer services, and starting them again and having them 
say hello again.

It has succeeded at this hundreds of times over the last few hours.
