Remember that Oscar's list isn't exhaustive.  Each Mnet node registers its
presence with only a subset of the MetaTrackers.  Still, if Oscar's MT and
weather-report.pl is actually working properly, and he got zero nodes, then
there must be very few.

If you want to help, Eric Michael Cordian 0+, then tell us what exactly is the
reason that blocksharez sometimes generates a non-singular matrix.

Actually, that will help only with v0.7.

If you want to help with v0.6, run a semi-controlled test by setting up a
private Mnet and report back if there are any important bugs:
