[mnet-devel] v0.6.1 is dead, long live v0.6.2!

The v0.6.1 packages which you can download from the web page do not work.  
This is because they try to connect to metatrackers which are no longer there.  
On the other hand, the v0.6.2 packages *do* work.

We will officially release v0.6.2 once the following things are done:

1.  We test it against the newly rewritten MetaTracker, to see if the new 
MetaTracker behaves differently than the old one in some way that breaks v0.6.2.

2.  Exactly three people, who are not housemates or family members, operate 
one MetaTracker each.

3.  At least three people who are not lovers or business partners operate 
bootpages (a bootpage is just a text file served up over HTTP by a web server).

4.  We solve the remaining issues in the "v0.6.2" group on the issue tracker:

Current status: 6 total issues remaining; 2 specific to Mac OS X GUI, 
3 specific to w32 packaging, one purely cosmetic (replace "__PUB_ISO_DATE__" 
with "publication date").

5.  The appropriate Build Manager builds packages for w32 (Arno) and Mac OS X 
(me, but I'd like help).  Packages for other operating systems are greatly 
desired, but will not hold up the official release announcement.
