I will merge this to HEAD.  


TAKE NOTE EVERYONE:  branch_metatrackerrouter is DEAD! branch newnet is
DEAD!  Long live HEAD!  This was a nice accomplishment we made this last
week.  

The reason behind this is it's difficult to merge a branch to HEAD several
times.  So reading the CVS commit list is important to know what branch has
been merged or not.
