Good questions.
As for GUI, I can think of a few options:
1. a. Someone (I wish it were Myers) ports the v0.6.2 wxGUI to v0.7. Some
people fix some of the bugs (look under Group v0.6.3 in the issue
tracker to see the bugs).
1. b. Someone implements item 679791: "BitTorrent style web integration".
Then v0.7 doesn't really *have* a GUI (anymore than BitTorrent does).
This also "solves" (by ignoring) the content tracker problem.

1. c. Someone writes a whole new GUI in v0.7.
1. d. Someone writes a whole new HTML GUI in v0.7.
As for Content Tracker, I can think of a few options:
2. a. We port Content Trackers from v0.6 to v0.7. This is trivially easy.
2. b. We implement Record Keeper, possibly having to solve a few previously
unsolved problems about distributed databases along the way.
This might be a situation in which we need to call on the Mnet Devel
Philosophy. For example, Arno and others could do 1.a. and 2.a. at the same
time as Myers and others did 2.b.
