[mnet-devel] devel organization for v0.7

It looks like we are pressing toward a MetaTracker-based v0.7-UNSTABLE release.  
We will probably put out a v0.7 unstable package with just the cmdline user 
interface.

Next time I get a chance to Mnethack, I'll make a "branch_newnet" branch to 
experiment with Kademlia- and Coral- inspired emergent networking.  This newnet 
stuff will replace all of: MT, relay servers, and any blockserver selection 
(blockwrangler and pusher).

Meanwhile, I still want to make another v0.6.1-STABLE release, and Arno has 
committed a patch to content tracking which could go into the next v0.6.1-STABLE 
release.  Technically, Arno's patch isn't a bug fix, so it this violates the 
letter of the law regarding nano releases on a stable branch.  However, Arno's 
patch is simple and seems like a non-disruptive change -- adding publication 
timestamps to content tracker entries and making them visible to searchers.

In addition to Arno's patch (already committed, lightly tested) there is 
currently one other issue holding up the next release of v0.6.1-STABLE:
