[mnet-devel] Lazy publisher problem.

It's a good idea, in general.  I don't see how to fit it into the current Mnet 
architecture though.

If Mnet integrated a way to specify locations alternately or in addition to its 
current "search for it" architecture, then your idea would be easier to add.

That feature -- specified locations -- would also offer BitTorrent-like 
efficiency, but it would probably also cause BitTorrent-like problems with the 
location disappearing.  (I.e., suppose you turn off your Mnet node while people 
are trying to view your picture album.)
