[mnet-devel] BlockWrangler and new download code

Yes, taking chunks and sharemaps out simplifies the download code a lot. Those
two things were the two most complicated things about the BlockWrangler code.
Someone should probably just write Yet Another Download Engine, keeping one eye
on BlockWrangler as they do so. At least three people understand BlockWrangler
well enough to learn from it when implementing YADE: me, Tschechow, Icepick.
