[mnet-devel] nano 205 needed

Folks:

The following bugs have been fixed since nano 203:

 * Fix bug that caused "private" publish to be non-private.
 * Fix bug that caused all downloads to silently fail if the user had changed 
   their preferences (Windows version only).
 * Fix bug that caused changed preferences not to be saved.

The first one is very important.  Please, all Build Managers build new packages 
and upload them ASAP.
