[mnet-devel] simplified ZNFF format

I woke up this morning thinking I could simplify ZNFF format by removing the 
"extension field" syntax, which is not used and is really just a vestigial organ 
from a previous, extensible, version of ZNFF.  If you are interested you can see 
the old [1] and current [2] versions in CVS.

In addition to being simpler, the new version saves 8 bytes in the inode header, 
although it lowers the maximimum file size from 2^64 down to 2^56.

I hope I live to regret this when people start publishing 64 petabyte files on 
Mnet...
