Looks interesting, but on first-glance this looks to be more of a
error-correction codes from first principles rather than one oriented
towards what we want (e.g. no FEC, reed-solomon and some supporting
libs, etc.) It may eventually be a good piece to branch off of when
doing an all-Python Vandemonde FEC, but for the moment I think it is
not quite what is needed. I will pull it down and check it out a
little closer later this week.
