[mnet-devel] last minute change to file name format

Mozilla/Galeon handles .tgz files incorrectly, so I'm changing the standard 
filename format to .tar.gz.

That is, from:

Mnet-0.6.1.202-STABLE-Debian_sid-i386.tgz

to

Mnet-0.6.1.202-STABLE-Debian_sid-i386.tar.gz

Don't worry if you have already uploaded a nano 202 package with the old name -- 
I'll change it.
