i see a huge problem here, but i dont know what/where it is yet.
383 hellos within one day are _way_ of daily-hello-average (ca 100).
also, why did my sensors DYHB that broker _25236_ times within a
single day while finding an amazing total of _two_ new blocks?
if you take a look at the respective tables in the report and
compare the activity within the measured period to the activity
of other brokers, 3hNP is _way_ outside usual limits compared to
others.
first guesses:
VerifyWrangler is making _bad_ decisions about what brokers to
ask about what blocks. this alone could explain the DYHB rate.
and the DYHB rate could explain the hello-rate, "forcing" 3hNP to
re-consider what relays to use again and again.
