[mnet-devel] how many broken files out there?

Now that the BSes are mostly full, some of the CT entries that users see and 
click on will be broken and unable to download.  Of course, the Content Verifier 
will come along cleaning them up.  The question is, what percentage of visible 
entries are broken?  That is a number that it is very important to minimize for 
user satisfaction reasons.  It would be very useful if Tschechow would cause the 
stats gatherer to collect and publish this number.
