Look for a mnetlib/filesystem/download.py that does the downloading.  

Everyone: May I start getting rid of the old filesystem code?  Did anyone
want the old filesystem in the 0.7 release?

Everyone: In the spirit of twisted's cheeky names I'm thinking of renaming
usercommand.py, and MultiCommandManager to underboss.py and Underboss. 
Thoughts?
