[mnet-devel] PyPI coming on-line

PyPI has a link from the front page of python.org now.

http://www.python.org/pypi

It would be fun to register pyutil there.  pyutil is actually mature and most 
of it is actively used by Mnet.  (I've been removing code from pyutil that 
wasn't actively used.)

What do y'all think?
