Er, no.  I'll have a go at the latest stuff later, but I'm not really 
looking to update - the ent stuff isn't something I really want or need 
to have around.

I guess I'm not sure what the state of the mmap issues were.  I'd got 
the impression that win32 mmap had been an issue, but that it'd been 
resolved in the later versions of fecmodule.c  I'm not sure what the 
problem or fix were, and worse, not sure whether that's the issue - the 
fact that it works fine from an interactive python prompt and dies 
horribly when running in the Node confuses me...
