[mnet-devel] v0.6.1 release progress

I've noticed that the search-close-seg-fault bug is (a) prevalent and 
(b) probably fixable in our own code without help from wxPython 
developers, so I moved it back to v0.6.1 group.  This means the *final* 
v0.6.1-STABLE won't be released until we fix that bug, but I think it 
will be easy to fix.

By the way, Build Managers (specifically Arno): please remove all files 
that you are responsible for except for the latest unstable (RC) and the 
latest stable.  That is: since Arno has uploaded 
"Mnet-0.6.1.192-RC-win32.exe", he ought to delete 
"Mnet-0.6.1.158-UNSTABLE-win32.exe" but not 
"Mnet-0.6.0.151-STABLE-win32.exe".

Hm.  I notice Arno names them "Mnet-" instead of "mnet-".  I've changed 
the GNUmakefile to generate "Mnet-" instead of "mnet-" when you run make 
binarytar, and I encourage build managers to make their filenames look 
like Arno's filenames.

I'm ambivalent about naming it "RC" instead of "UNSTABLE", but if Arno 
wants to do it then we should all do it.  :-)
