What's a sensible broker.conf for a static IP
no firewall host?

I've got

        ALLOW_ACCESS_FROM_OUTSIDE_LOCALHOST: yes
        BLOCK_SERVER_ALLOWS_PUBLISHING: yes
        FORCE_TCP_TRANSPORT: no
        RUN_BLOCK_SERVER: yes
        RUN_CONTENT_TRACKER: no
        RUN_LOCALHOST_GATEWAY: no
        RUN_META_TRACKER: yes
        RUN_RELAY_SERVER: yes
        RUN_WXBROKER: no
        SERVE_USING_A_RELAY: no

I'd also like to access the web interface
from outside, not just localhost. What's the 
option to allow connections via hostname:4004 ?
