[mnet-devel] v0.6 -- patched to build with gcc 3.3

I added the patch from cryptopp.com so that Crypto++ 5.0 can build with gcc 3.3.

So now it should once again be the case that "cvsinstall.sh" just works for 
all known Unixy platforms.
